The History

Sanjeevani is Austin's first and only Indian restaurant that specializes in Telugu dining. Unlike most other Indian establishments, we focus on providing the best North Indian cuisine (so your favorite Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and Garlic Naan are all here) and the best Telugu foods (think thalis, biryanis, snacks, and the best meat and seafood in town). What makes us so special and different? We blend our own spices, make our gravies from scratch, and are fully locally owned and operated

The name Sanjeevani itself comes from the legendary herb in Indian mythology, symbolizing life, healing, and vitality — values that form the core of everything we serve.
Over the years, Sanjeevani has earned the love of food lovers from all walks of life. Our carefully curated menu reflects our journey — rooted in tradition, flavored with passion, and served with care.
